The Tracking System has been implimented to assist both the members of the Testlive Community, and Funcom in their efforts to improve the game. The Tracking System provides both Boost and Reward benefits to members of the Testlive Community who register with the Tracking System and participate in the Tracking System program. In order to provide the most efficient patch testing possible, the information which is collected assists in determining who would be the most ideal character to help test a particular item or scenario. The Tracking System also keeps track of points and in-game hours (for the Testlive Reward and Boost Program), which you have available to order rewards and request boosts. In order to participate in the Testlive Reward and Boost Program, you must have at least one of you characters on the Testlive server tracked. To do this, you must register with the Tracking System. To receive credit for in-game hours and group bug reports for a particular character, you must register that character with the Tracking System. |

Registering With The Tracking System To register, you need to be logged in on the character you wish to register, and type: /tell testlivebot tracking add. You must repeat this process for every character you want to have tracked. For security reasons, you must be logged in as the character you want to have tracked. NOTE: Once registered with Testlivebot for the Tracking System, you can not be removed. |

Receiving Boost and Reward benefits depend on three things: 1. In-Game Time. 2. Test Points.
3. Bug Points. For bug reports which involved more than one person helping, those who assisted will receive points, provided the character names of those who assisted are listed in the bug report and are also registered with the Tracking System. There are 3 classifications of reports for which points are given: 1 Point - A generic bug report, with very little information provided. The more information provided in the report that assists in tracking down the bug, the more points you (or you and your group) receive. ANY ABUSE OF THE SYSTEM, OR OF THOSE WORKING ON TEST (OTHER PLAYERS, BUGHUNTERS, GMS, DEVS, ANYONE), MAY EXEMPT YOU FROM FUTURE PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM. |
